Some helpful foods to incorporate into your diet to cure include garlic, green tea, and lots of fruits and vegetables. Milk from any cow, regardless of whether the milk is labeled “organic” still contains hormones; all breast milk contains naturally occurring hormones. Exposure to these hormones can exacerbate acne.

Don’t Look to Your Doctor for Support

The bottom line is that when you’re interested in improving your skin’s appearance through diet and want to cure by eating certain foods, you most likely will not find support within the conventional medical community. You know your body better than anyone, so pay attention to how you react to certain foods.
